Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate the relationship with target universities and study societies
  • Organise recruitment activities and represent the company at career fairs, both at national and international level
  • Be a spokesperson conveying Da Vinci’s opportunities, values and culture
  • Review applications, shortlist and conduct interviews for graduate positions
  • Actively identify and establish connections with potential future hires
  • Keenly react on new trends to keep us one step ahead of everyone else
  • Continuously optimise the content of our events to maximise student engagement
  • Ensure an extraordinary candidate experience from their first contact with Da Vinci until they accept our offer

Requirements

  • Final year or recent graduate with a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communication Science or similar study
  • Available for 40 hours per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Service oriented mind-set and ability to take a strong stance
  • Natural story-teller, able to identify and convey unique selling points
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season
