BELANGERIJK: voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar studenten die in Nederland woonachtig zijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het onderhouden van contacten met universiteiten en studieverenigingen
  • Het organiseren van recruitmentactiviteiten en Da Vinci vertegenwoordigen op carrière-evenementen en banenmarkten, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau
  • De spreekbuis van Da Vinci zijn door het uitdragen van Da Vinci’s carrièremogelijkheden, normen en waarden en bedrijfscultuur
  • Het beoordelen van sollicitaties, het shortlisten van kandidaten en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken voor startersfuncties
  • Actief identificeren en de relatie onderhouden met potentiële toekomstige kandidaten
  • Enthousiasme en initiatief tonen voor nieuwe trends op recruitment gebied
  • Constant optimaliseren van de inhoud van onze evenementen om studentbetrokkenheid te maximaliseren
  • Het leveren van een uitmuntende kandidaat ervaring opdat zij ons aanbod accepteren

Functievereisten:

  • Bijna afgestudeerd op HBO/WO niveau in Human Resources, Psychologie, Marketing, Communicatiewetenschappen of vergelijkbare studie
  • Beschikbaar 16 tot 32 uur per week
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Organisatorisch sterk, goed in multitasking en heeft uitstekende vaardigheden in tijdmanagement
  • Servicegerichte mind-set en komt op voor de eigen mening
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat onderscheidende kenmerken te identificeren en effectief over te brengen
  • Bereid om te reizen en om overuren te werken gedurende het recruitment piekseizoen
